Tim has really been around the block! He started out back in the mid 80's as an installers helper and from there worked in the warehouse at Contract Carpets in Traverse City. In 1986 Tim opened his first flooring store Floor Covering Brokers and then later Cash n Carry Carpet in Traverse City. Tim enjoy his farm in Buckley MIand loves tospend time with his five children and three grandchildren.

Kathy has also been in the flooring for many many years. Beginning in 1988 when she met Tim. Kathy handles really all aspects of the store other than sales. If you have a question don't hesitate to shoot her an email. Kathy enjoys gardening, in particular garlic and her honeycrisp apple trees! Jessica Bogart has joined Bay View Flooring as VP of Operations. She recently moved back to Northern Michigan from New York City where she was the Director of East Coast Sales at Magnetic, a company specializing in advertising technology. During her 5 years at Magnetic she held multiple roles and titles in both Business Development and Media Sales. Prior to her time at Magnetic, Jessica was National Sales Manager for 4 years at ECO PHYSICS. Jessica likes to spend her free time in the outdoors of Northern Michigan, she is an avid Stand Up Paddle boarder, and loves spending time with friends and family

Whitney was born and raised in Petoskey, MI, and recently moved to the Traverse City Area this Spring. Even though Whitney is new here to the Bay View Flooring Team, she has been involved in the flooring industry for the past 5 years co-owning a flooring installation business with her fiancé. When she’s not at work, Whitney loves spending time with her 5 year old son, fiancé and 2 dogs.

Bill has been in the flooring business for many years! Bill recently came to us from Floor Covering Brokers. This man is a pro! He knows it all when it comes to flooring. Bill likes to spend time at his cottage on the lake in the summer and heads for Florida when he has time in the winter months.

Gary is a veteran at 30yearin the flooring industry! Working previously at Menards in Milwaukee, Wi, Carpet Warehouse and Design Center in Las Vegas, NV, Cash n Carry Carpet and Floor Covering Brokers in Traverse City and then owning his own store TC Flooring. Gary is wild about fishing and hunting and spends his spare time with his wife and son.

Jason has been in the flooring business in the Traverse City Area for 25 years. After a brief hiatus, he is back doing what he loves. He enjoys the satisfaction of designing custom looks for his clients. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, fishing, hiking, and just getting outdoors.

Cash n Carry Flooring welcomes, Robin Whipple, to our team of sales professionals. Robin has been in the flooring business for 26 years, specializing in all aspects of flooring design. She has worked for VanDrie Home Furnishings for 18 years, as a design consultant, and then with Miles Tile and Stone for the past 8 years as the territory manager. She has two adult children and resides in Lake City. Robin loves to downhill ski, and enjoys manywater relatedoutdoor activities in the summer, just ask!

Patrick has been living "Up North" for 10 years, after residing in the Grand Haven area for 25+ years. He has chosen to join us, after flourishing with another flooring dealer in Northern Michigan. Patrick brings over 30 years of "Doing what he say's he will do" resulting in lifelong clients and friends. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family at his cabin with no cell phone. In the winter you might catch him racing his Vintage 1978 Polaris TX snowmobile.

Barb Nelson has joined the sales team at Bay View Flooring with an extensive background in design. Born and raised in Miami Florida she comes with experience in both flooring and window treatments. She loves helping customers realize their dream of a beautiful home!

Gary is originally from Grand Rapids. He owned and operated his own flooring business in Traverse City for several years and is excited to join the Bay View Flooring team. Gary enjoys water skiing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Michelle is a current resident of Benzie County. New to the flooring industry, she is enthusiastic to utilize her years of administrative and financial experience with Bay View Flooring. In her spare time Michelle enjoys; her horses, fishing, music, literature, spending time with her children and boyfriend, and any outdoor activity

Lauren was born and raised in Cadillac, MI, and then in her adult life moved to Chicago, IL to experience the big city life. She recently moved back to Northern Michigan and is happy to be near the Traverse City area again. Lauren is new to the flooring industry but is loving being a part of the Bay View Flooring team! When she’s not at work, Lauren loves seeing live music, going to the beach and enjoys traveling.

Moved to Traverse City in 1989. In her 28 year career in floor covering she has experienced all aspects of the industry from distribution to retail. Working for retailers Floor Covering Brokers, T.C Flooring and Lowes in Kentucky. She has two grown daughters and their husbands, two grandsons, four granddaughters and dog Zeke that live in this area. No specific hobbies, just wherever her friends and family are, is where you will find her.

Randy has been in the flooring biz for 15 years, this guy knows it all! Randy says his career hi-light was going back to work for the best employers around! Randy used to work at Cash n Carry Carpet in the 90's. He enjoys coaching little league baseball, gardening, his four wonderful children and is a hunting and fishing guy as well.

Lucas was born and raised in Traverse City, MI, and has been in the flooring business for 17 years. He has 2 children, ages 9 & 12. In his free time he likes to go down the river, go fishing, and loves to mountain bike and snowboard with his kids.

Christopher has grown up living in beautiful Traverse City. He has been in the construction field for half his life moving into flooring installation for the past three years. Chris enjoys playing football and spending time with his three children.

James grew up in Traverse City. He has gained attention to detail and a good work ethic after running a lawn crew for 13 years, and started doing a little flooring with Paul Schaub in 1999. He has 3 kids and enjoys snowmobiling and water activities.

Paul was born and raised in Traverse City, MI, with 29 years of excellent flooring installation experience. Paul enjoys spending his down time, snowmobiling, boating and basically any outdoor activity.

Not far from home but Tom grew up in Manchester, Michigan. He has been installing flooring for 26 years. In his spare time Tom enjoys being with friends and family. He loves to travel and bicycling.

Born and raised in Traverse City, Kevin has been in the flooring business since 1994. He began learning the trade at R J’s Floor Covering, and then moved to work for the Hyland’s at Floor Covering Brokers as an installer until leaving the state for his wife’s job in 2003. He then opened his own floor covering installation business and was successful in growing that business in both Kansas and in Minneapolis. He grew his company through pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and his professional service. This year, 20 years after he first started with Tim and Kathy, he is excited to be back in Traverse City and working for them again as an in-house installation professional, specializing in all floor surfaces. Kevin enjoys the outdoors and is looking forward to snowmobiling, fishing, kayaking, and boating, now that he is back in Northern Michigan.

Ben was born and raised in Traverse City. He has about 17 years of installation experience, and in that time has also multi-tasked as a floor covering store/warehouse manager and sales associate. Ben worked as an in-house installer for Tim and Kathy when they owned Floor Covering Brokers and couldn’t be happier being with them again. He enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Josh was born and raised in Traverse City. He was introduced to the flooring business at a young age and has discovered his passion for installing. Before Cash and Carry Flooring, Josh worked with multiple professional installers and has had training in Schluter Tile Systems. Learning the different methods helped him form his own technique and enjoys the creative outlet it provides him. Outside of work, Josh loves to hike, bike, swim, snowboard and above all, spend time with his son and family.

Born in Traverse City but raised in Petoskey He started installing floor covering in his teens when The Bay Harbor project first started. With combined experience of over 25 years, specializing in tile and stone. He really enjoys using his artistic ability to build custom showers. Tom has 6 grown children and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys cooking, gardening, and was an avid duck hunter.
